I don't do 1RM's...

Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

I try to keep it under 500....like 495...our gyms don't have "high tensile" steel bars...to much flex. I bend the crap out of the bars even at 455 X 4-6!

Holy shit, I'm impressed!

I did 475x3 but that was on the smith, not sure what I'm at now, I'm on a new routine and my squat reps are around 10-12.

Cool

I recently got 395 for 8 reps which was pretty damn good for me, I am just affraid to go too heavy for fear of F*ing up my back. I dont wear a belt or wraps or pads or anything, I dont beleive in that stuff

WOW. I'm not sure which I'm more impressed with - the 727 or the 405 for 20. Have you done any competitive powerlifting?
