    I don't do 1RM's...
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

I try to keep it under 500....like 495...our gyms don't have "high tensile" steel bars...to much flex. I bend the crap out of the bars even at 455 X 4-6!

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    Holy shit, I'm impressed!

I did 475x3 but that was on the smith, not sure what I'm at now, I'm on a new routine and my squat reps are around 10-12.

WOW. I'm not sure which I'm more impressed with - the 727 or the 405 for 20. Have you done any competitive powerlifting?
