Do you have any equipment available? Lots of people live in an apartment where a fitness center provides some basic stuff, or even have some gear that's been bought such as kettle balls, dumbbells, ab wheels ... and so on.

This just came to mind ...

Workouts for just core - superfluous.

Movements:

Planks
Side Planks
Supermans
Clark Kents
Saxon Side Bends
V-Ups
Crunches
Reverse Crunches
Cross Crunches
Toe-Touch Crunches

The list goes on :P

Step into my office! .....why? Cause ur fuckin' fired!
What movie is that from?

I lift at a gym. I just enjoy doing abs at home when I'm bored.
You guys think it would be better to do abs at the gym? Since they have equiptment.

Bicycle Crunches. If you have a pullup bar, you can do hanging leg raises too.

"Something about mary" was the movie and the entire flick is just as funny.

On to your question. Cable crunches rock, and there's several that you can work from many angles.

Gaz gave ya some great stuff for at home if you are without equipment, so here's some stuff from ExRx (Exercise Prescription) on the Net for serious core work with equipment. Pick what fits within your particular options since none of us really knows what you have at home and what is at your gym.

I'm going to have to check out that movie. Looks very funny.

I am also going to look at the exrx exercises. I've been to that website before and I really liked it.

Thank you!
