Bulgarian Squats vs Lunges
Which is the better unilateral exercise? I don't know which one to add to my lower routine.

They are both good, neither is better. If there was one to be better, than it would depend on your goals, even then it wouldn't really matter unless you compete in lunging or Bulgarian squatting competitions.
Bulgarian squats are harder, so do them as you may. |

Go half and half and do Split Squats if you cant decide.
