you guys tell me the diference.and does it matter if your on ph or gear.is training 4 days a week or training 1 bodypart of week is one better than the other .in a way i can see where 1 body part a week can be beneficial.you can proabably workout within 1 hr 1/2 or less.with 4 days a week you gotta cram more stuff within a certain time peroid.which i do , i do 2 days, off, 2 days, off,then repeat.i do;
chest/tris/abs
legs
off
shoulders/traps/abs
back/bis
off
repeat
plus about 20 min on the treadmill except for leg day.ive been slacking on my cardio.but thats not going to be the case this week coming up.well i just wanted to see what you guys think.or if you can answer any of my other quetions.
I am a drug free competitive bodybuilder. I"ve trained 7 days per week, 6 days, 5 days, & 4 days. 4 days a week was by far the best for my body. It did not slow my fat loss at all on contest prep, in fact, it left me withmore energy and allowed much better recovery. I did this for the first time last fall under the guidance of gopro (Eric B.). It worked awesome.
Before that I'd train 4 days/week off season and 5 days/week during prep. I am now sold on the 4 days/week.
If you are an enhanced athlete, I believe recovery is quicker and a day possibly 2 (for short periods) could be added.
