There should be no workouts just for chest, period. Let alone special ones.

Post your entire program, i know for a fact it's going to be fatally flawed if you want a dedicated chest day. I would go so far as to say that BECAUSE you have a chest day, that you're not seeing gains :P.

There are people that seperate their workouts by bodyparts and are doing well. of course training by movements its good, but I like to switch it up by bodyparts when I got a lot of time on my hands.

Again, my best friend does stupid shit like ab days. He will go workout for an hour and a half only fucking doing abs. He refuses to squat or deadlift. He uses those pussy ass thigh master type machines where you open and close your leg to work your inner thighs...thats leg day for him.

Since he is genetically superior, he looks better than I do.

I think random genetic advantages is one of the main reasons sub-par training methods are surviving.

The thing i always think of is how fucking massive these guys would be if they trained properly!

I do not know bodybuilding terms so I explain if I can

I allow muscle groups to rest at least 48 hours from training to training

    Monday:
    1. Delts (Arms) Front arms, middle arms and back arms workouts
    2. Triceps workout, "french pump"
    3. Biceps work out
    4. ABS

    Wednesday:
    1. Bench press (horizontal), Bench press 45o slope bench, bench press 30o slope (down) bench.
    2. Beck trainings
    3. LEGS
    4. ABS work out

    this is it.

as for diet, I eat 2gr of protein on body mass, 0.5gr fat (mostly unsaturated) and 2 gr carbohydrates.

    thanks
