treadmill hr/bp

so i went to the heart doctor 2 days ago and i had to run on the treadmill. For starts i had slept around 3 hours the previous night so i was tired haha. i walked for 6minutes then ran for another 4 mins and then i felt sooooooo tired.... wow when i started running though i dunno my blood pressure seemed weird... at peak it was 199/56 it started at about 140/80 and the second number kept going down while the first one went up. is that normal? lol i thought its supposed to raise?????

what did the Doctor say? Were you taking a stress test?

BP can spike during exhertion (or even at rest) when you are in a fatigued state (IE, overtraining, over stressed, under nourished, lack of sleep etc..) and is one factor that we can sometimes look at prior to a training session to determine if the individual is prepared for high quality/intensity work or not.

how old are you that and have you had heart problems in the past or are you genetically predisposed to them?

possibly genetics from my mom and her side of the family, outta like 12 of her uncles and aunts 5 of them died from heart problems. i dunno though my bp raised alot when i lost weight because i lost it very unhealthily (lost 70 pounds in 6 months by just not eating as much and pretty much no exercise). it kinda pisses me off because i find it hard to get up the energy to workout and im hardly getting any good workouts because my muscles are already tired... wtf! o yeah though im 18 year's old and weigh 195-200

so you were ~270lbs...how tall are you?

i don't know what your regular exercise routine is like, but you need to really monitor your stress levels as it sounds like you have a lot going on (health wise).

when you say you lost weight "unhealthily" what do you mean by that? starvation type diet?

how long have you been working out now?

okay first im 6'2 and 2nd yes basically starvation because normally ever since i was a little kid ive always never been able to eat alot or anything like that. 3rd i was bench pressing since i was 14 in 8th grade, dident workout very constantly and got my bench to 300 when i weighed 270 finnaly then i stopped working out and thats when i lost the 70 pounds. my current workout is just curling, push-ups, pull-up's, ab lounge, and dead lifting.

Why it is when parents know there's a solid history of heart trouble do nothing for their kids but put them on the same path?

Sorry for the off topic.

Gotcha - my appologies for the generalized comment. I'm on break from training this week so jumping to conclusions is the only workout I'm getting.
