    Rest / Off Week ?

I just completed a 9 week P/RR routine for the first time, with great results, and am now wondering what I should be doing on my off week?

Absolutely nothing? Jump rope, slow jog each day?

Recovering. I'll ride my bike for a few miles but that's about it.
