ok so a box of quarters weights just over 25lbs ($500.00) so thats 50 rolls of quarters per box, with 40 quarters per roll so now were at 2000 per box....so 6000 for 75lbs with an additional 10 rolls for the extra 5lbs being 400 quarters...so hopefully its right around 6400 quarters....damn you do carry a lot of cash around with ya

I can get 20 - 22 pull ups with no weight, but I cant do as many chinups. Maybe 15! I love to super set pull ups with closegrip pulldowns with the triagle type bar. Feel the burn!

When I started, I couldn't do too many pull ups, so I got onto the gravitron pull up machine so I could get my reps in. I finally was able to get back to justy straight pull ups and going by Arnold's Encyclopedia...I was able to knok out 50 reps within 5 sets. I'm back to adding weight to my pull ups now.

When I started working out I couldn't even muster 1 pullup. After working hard (Arnold's style) I was up 20 wide grip behind the neck pullups. Nowadays since my back injury I'm back to one. Really restricted to lat pull downs now.

Before lifting I could do 1 or 2 at the most. After a while I started doing pulls ups and could do around 6-8, now I can do 12-14. Just keep lifting and get stronger and in a couple weeks or months give pull ups a try. Do lat pulldowns and bent over DB rows and the pull ups will improve.

When I was in the Marines I did 20 pull ups. For those of you that are familiar with the Marines, they allow you to "kip" (swing your legs). The momentum generated by the "kip" helps you do more pull ups. I could never "kip" ( I guess I just have bad rhythm) so I had to muscle out 20 "dead hang" pull ups.
