Download workouts for an ipod? Why would you do that, can't remember what they are? Just seams kind of stupid to me.
I think casual workouts are silly. Either do it or don't. Half way is a waste of time IMO.
Greetings Fitness Community,
I have recently enjoyed some of the free workouts at Downloads: Men's Health.com but am not quite sure about buying them yet.
Does anyone have any experience with these workouts for the Ipod ? Any suggestions?
Just looking to tone up a bit and want some casual training (I think this is ideal from my iPod)
Thank You!

Fitness isnt a hobby, its a lifestyle change. Sure a casual workout may be fun and its more than a lot of people do, but if you want results of any measurable quality or quantity, "every now and then" isnt gonna cut it.
