I haven't seen any spam from the guy, all i've seen is a bunch of non-information and bullshit which sadly isnt an infractable offense.

i think aaron has stated that he does abs every morning with pull ups and "leg ups"?... and that he can do 1000 reps of each... and that its a given...

Ben dur realistically speaking sit ups has made my life alot easier to deal with I mean the stronger the core the more you bore...
any way Ben dur thanks for recognizing my postings and im only recommending fish oil as an alternative to harsh pain medications people use to deal with inflammation from swollen muscles...Im ignoring your statement but im applauding your admiration... peace lolo

Sure you could train them everyday, but generally if you are to the task but probably aren't training them hard enough.

If you have something to refute well written articles by respected members of this community then by all means do it. Just remember to back it up with some scientific data and maybe state some of your credentials so the rest of us who are intent on learning a thing or two are getting solid info instead of opinionated babble.

I know I'd like to read an article explaining why I need to do 200 leg raises a day. If it makes sence, is backed by good research and helps me towards my goals I'd do it.
