Hell, some olympic sprinter chick I cant remember just said she does a thousand a day. So do whatever you want to. If you pull something, then you'll have to cut back, huh? Theres no reason to train anything everyday, but sure, you can.

I know I'd like to read an article explaining why I need to do 200 leg raises a day. If it makes sence, is backed by good research and helps me towards my goals I'd do it.

Yes, we've all heard you say we need to do 200 of this and that, but why do we have to do those things? What will that ludicrious and excessive number of repetitions of a largely ineffectual exercise accomplish?

The core is there to stabilize the torso and from that the rest of the body, how are you training stability through endless situps?

I can see doing some situps as well as planks and other exercises being beneficial, but a few hundred a day? Youll be GREAT at situps...

The majority of your recovery starts when you go to sleep and ...oh fuck it. I must be fucked up in the head to even consider replying to this garbage.
