Someone might find this interesting.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Just from a flick through it looks really well thought out and the advice is down to earth and pretty damned awesome.

Good find!

The Texans are 0-4. Is there anything in there about how to win games?

I liked most of it but had a few questions:

1) Why do they advocate static stretching? I thought that dynamic stretching was much more effective, especially for athletes.

2) Why are they training in that rep range? These are football players whose main goals are to increase strength and convert it into functional results, yet they are training in rep ranges that seem more suited to bodybuilding and mass gains.

I scanned through and I must say what I've read is very down to earth and refreshing for a football team.

I read through it and honestly, I found it pretty basic. A couple of new training insights but for the most part I think the majority of the people here could come up with something similar.
