Those grips seem like a good idea. Are they pretty durable? How long would you say they last?

A pair should last 3 months or more, depending on a few variables, primarily how often you use them and the condition of your equipment. (If your gym has new handles or bars with fresh "knurling" --the roughed up metal for gripping -- they may get a chewed up a little faster, but it beats the skin on your palms getting chewed up.) Just to fill you in on them, Con used them once, for the photoshoot, and now won't lift without them.
