Question To Sweat Or Not To Sweat

    All...
Just a quick one here to see what the rest of you all think..
When i do a session in the gym which involves mainly weights on that particular day..i'm not happy untill i can walk out of there knowing that i've raised a good sweat during the work out.
Do you well experianced people out there believe this should be the case all if not all the time.
    Thanks any feed back

Sometimes I sweat more than others. I guess it depends on what I am doing.

As far as working up a good sweat, or being tired and sore and out of breathe at the end of the workout.....total bullshit.....anyone can make you tired, but that doesn't mean they can make you better.

Agree with what P-Funk said. Sometimes im sweating buckets after three sets, other times i barely sweat at all the whole session.

A lot of it depends on the current climate as well as what you're doing in the gym i think.

You can't judge progress or the effectiveness of a program on the basis of one workout whatever angle you're looking at it from.

So basically the answer to your question is "dont sweat it".

It usually depends on what I wear to the gym.

T-Shirt and shorts = No sweating

Long sleeve shirt and sweat pants = sweating

I always drip buckets. My shirt must have pounds of sweat.

I've also found out that when just started a new pre workout powder pump
e.g No.Explode or No.Shotgun or some thing like that.
it seems to bring on the sweats like..never before...thats until are start to get used to it..
Supos as long as you can get your hart rate up..it doesn't matter how much you end up sweating.
