I do quite often.

I've done it but don't really care for it. For me, it doesn't get a whole lot done. I didn't get weaker or smaller, but I wasn't exactly growing off it either.

i do some thing like it. phil hernons routines had alot better results with his methods than any thing else.

I incorporate some aspects of it, but haven't tried it out 100%. It's based on mostly rest-pause sets.
