Is it true that the stomach vaccuum can actually help you LOSE belly fat? I know it gives u a smaller waist and a stronger core but does it actually shed off belly fat...?

well as everyone always says here, you must first have a good diet to lose fat and it will work it out but it doesnt look to me like it'll work very well imo...

Its when you let every ounce (or almost every ounce) of air out of your diaphram and suck ur stomach in and hold for a while, prefferably 20-30 secs

its supposed to give you many health benfits. I dont know them all, i only know that it gives u a smaller waist, helps relieve constapation and gives a stronger core because it works the muscles deep inside ur midsection. If there are more benefits which im sure there are, could someone tell them?

I occasionally use one after I eat crackers on the Lazy-Boy to get the crumbs out of my belly button hair.

The key to shedding fat more than anything is diet.

It's a gut-suck exercise for posing technique mostly

it'll help gain muscle control of your midsection...but it won't do anything for your fat, you have to use diet for that part.

Planks for time are another good isometric.

so ur saying the stomach vacuum has no benefits whatsoever, other than it helping you control your midesection?

put simply
no
not in my opinion

i think youd be better off doing breathing techniques
some people say they burn fat, but i think the benefits go only as far as your ability to control breathing while lifting
