Cool my forearms are killing me

I'm new 2 this forum. I have questions I just started back working out after 6 months off? Is it normal 2 have pain in ur forearms with that much time off? Should i work threw the pain 2 strengthen them,or should let them heal, and then start working out again

Are you talking muscle pain or joint pain?

Also, be careful not to equate pain with muscle growth. A lot of new posters seem to be making that connection for some reason.

I would say if it is just lactic buildup to keep training, but don't train so hard that the weight + the muscle soreness inhibits your form / saftey.

Just currious.. what where you doing that made your forearms so sore?

If its some sort of joint or tendon pain, back off. If its just muscle soreness then either take an extra day off, or try ignore it.
