do i really need this ?

are negative movements good for strenght gains ? Do i really need to put them in my strenght program?

I think they're good as a way to mix up your training every. I'd do them every once in a while.

How about slowing your negative phase on all of your workouts instead of totally relaxing like most folks do.

You need to use them, but controlling the eccentric portion of the lift is a useful tool.

so you are saying that when i gain strength i need to control the negative movements and explode very fast at the essentric..10x
