Lightbulb 100kg 0f clothes when working out

if u wear like 2 t-shirts and a jumper and tracksuit pants and do cardio or weights does it help burn fat.

There's a guy in my neighborhood that jogs in a suit made of trash bags to "burn his fat". At least you don't look as silly as he does.

I will all be water weigh.
Trash bags! lol that’s something I have worn around all day before back in the day but only to lose water weight before the weight in for a match lol never heard of someone actually thinking it would help them lost fat….

All you'll lose is water weight, a lot of fighters, boxers, etc use the technique to make weight classes.

Back in the day when I was in the Navy there was this kid I would see in the gym. He would put a trash bag on with head and arm holes. Then he would put his shirt on over the trash bag I guess so he would'nt look as stupid. Then he would run on the tread mill and row machine. He was a wet slimy mess after his work out.

I see someone at my gym in a sauna suit all the time. I think is a little over doing it. I understand losing the water weight if you have to make a weight cut but for every day use I think is a little insane.
