Training and the immune system
I am not sure if this should be in this forum of the health forum, so sorry if it's in the wrong place, but I just have a general question about training and strengthening ones immune system: when it comes to weight lifting vs. more cardio-based exercise (swimming, running, jump-rope...etc), is there any side in particular that will help increase, or boost, one's immune better than the other?
I know they both have am important part in an active lifestyle, but I've always wondered that. |
