About backsquats

About backsquats, do the knees go over the toes in ATG(ass to grass) squats? My knees seem to go over slightly and when i try not to do that i can't go as low. Anyone having this problem? or Its just my technique

it doesn't matter if the knees go over the toes. they have to go over slightly if you are trying to reach that sort of depth.

Thank you for saying that. My ex was arguing with me about that and I lost confidence in the point cuz I couldnt remember why it was something that was mentioned before.

I've always wondered about that too. I couldn't understand how they couldn't once you hit a certain depth.

When arguing with Franci, I showed her how you could, but I fell backwards.

Indeed.

The standard argument hinges upon the impossibility of climbing stairs without this happening.

ATG....

Concentrate on a neutral back and forget the knees and toes, IMHO.
