Non-Grip Upper Body Exercises
Hey all,
I'm a fairly new member with a slight problem: my training partner broke his finger the other day and is unable to do any exercises on his right hand that involve a tight grip on a bar or anything. I'm not really interested in doing strictly legs and cardio for the next 2 weeks, so does anyone have any advice on upper-body exercises that will not involve gripping a bar? All I can really think of off the top of my head is push ups and maybe bench machines, the ones that don't use an actual bar. Thanks -Max |

Man that sucks!
Oh well, He is the 1 that is gonna have to do legs and cardio for the next 2 weeks. But, that's not all that bad. He could use machines of all sorts, or spot you.Don't let that alter your progress! ![]()

Yeah, I don't want to really rub it in the guy's face, but I can't hold back just because his dumb ass did something stupid and screwed up his finger! I guess I will devote a little more time to cardio this week, but next week it's on for upper body.
