bad wrist

well i have a bad wrist... it just sprung outta nowhere.. its my left one. im only 18 and didn't workout to much when i was smaller nor was i involved in any sports.... any suggestions on how to help it get better? it only hurts on the outside part (pinkie side) and I've had x-rays done and they said it looks perfectly fine.. i need to hurry up and get this figured out because I'm training for the police academy and i cant really workout using my left arm because of it any help is appreciated.

edit* o yeah and the chiropractor said it feels like the movements a bit rough and being restrictive. also when i do wrist rolls it cracks like 3-4 times every circle

what is your chiropractor doing for it besides making brilliant comments like "it feels restricted with movement"?

i would say try and find someone who understands soft tissue injuries...I am partial to people who do Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT...check nmtcenter.com) or Active Release Techniques (ART...check activerelease.com). they should be able to help you out with soft tissue problems.

another thing you may want to check out is some z-health to help restore movement and function. Check Z-Health Performance Solutions to find a trainer.

lol...I was gonna say, thats what all chiro's say! Trust me I've been to quite a few.

I must say my current chiro is a former olympic sports doctor that does hour-long therapy sessions to die for.

God benches only 255, and he wants to know: "How much can you bench??"
