im 175 and mine look like freakin bricks
ive been up 185 and they were there if you loose alot of weight at once, it may take some time, and isometric flexing in mirror, for the fat to equalize and looser skin to contract into a pleasing place its october man keep the BF moderate and the training plan intense come march start a hardcore cut, summer time shirtless weather ( june, july, aug, sept) is the time to be concerned with "abs" right now is the time to be concerned with overall health let your skin and subcutaneous fat catch up with your the muscular frame you have built

oh let me correct myself
the "proper weight" is not easily determined 10% bf is a pretty basic point of reference for a male to have "abs" thats BODY FAT not BMI one could be 300lbs and have abs or 120lbs and not

This +1. Weight has nothing to do with it, really.

i'd say 111.21lbs
Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
