Arnold Fitness Expo.

Have any of you guys made it out to Columbus OH for the Arnold Classic. Just curious. The BB Competition is expensive to get tickets too, but the fitness expo is interesting to go visit. I did not make it last year, but the previous three years I went. Some interesting people , to say the least, floating around that place. I even got to Arnold in his flesh and blood one year.

I was there two years ago. I didnt need to buy supplements for 2 month after it. (all the free samples)Going back this year.

I was there two years ago also. And i completly agree with you about the Supplement thing. The thing that really crackc me up, is all the "unfit" people that come to the event. I can recall seeing quite a few people who were obviously out of shape. I have to wonder if they used that as a wake up call to get in shape. There are also quite a few drug enhanced body builder types floating around too. Over all i think the whole experience is pretty cool. I plan on attending this years event also.

Yeah man I went... Had a great time too. Lots to do and see... Hopefully it'll be a yearly routine.
