Training Technique, what do you think?

I just changed my training style to this… I used to do 4 sets between 5-8 reps.

I go 5x5 for the big lifts (bench, squats, and deads). For all other exercises I do a warm up with 12 and go into the heavies, for 3 sets of 10, 8, and then 6, increasing the weight after each set with one minute rest between each set. After I get done with the 3rd work set with 6 reps I get the weight I used for warm ups and without any rest I try to pump out 12, by the 8th rep I’m usually crying momma . I do 2 exercises per body part.

I just wanted some people’s opinions on this.

Obsessed is just a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated.
