    Exclamation tranning

    why do people do chest-triceps and shoulders in one workout? is the way i workout OK.

    chest and caves
    arms and hamstrings -quadriceps
    shoulders
    back and squats-leg presses

    -abs everyday
    -in the morning i walk on a empty stomach
    -in the afternoon go gym
    -after my workout i walk for 5min and run for 5min

    What are your splits. And why train abs everyday? back and squats and legpresses on the same day is usually considered to bee too much. Especially if youre going heavy.
