    Pullovers and Farmer's Walk

    1) What's the difference between bent-arms pullovers and straight-arms pullovers?

    2) Are One-Arm Farmer's Walks safe? Should I use the same weight as in regular Farmer's Walks?

    1) you are extending the moment arm (placing the weight further away from the axis of rotation - the shoulder joint). I like to have a slightly elbow bend to protect the shoulder and elbow and limit joint stress.

    2) Farmers walks are great. 1-arm farmers walks are retarded and place unecessary load on the spine.

Thanks for the info! I suspected that one-arm farmer's walks weren't safe.
