sounds like you need to pay your doctor a visit... if you're avoiding food because it makes you vomit or gives you acid reflux you could have a peptic ulcer or any other number of things going on in your GI tract...

Go to a doctor asap. Stop working out.

Some may disagree with me here, but start drinking tea with sugar in it (not splenda or anything) and eat simple carbs such as toast, crackers, etc.

I went through this in my freshman year at college, although it's probably not the same thing. For about 3-4 weeks, I just couldn't eat much at all and to this day we don't know what happened. Watch your body temperature too and wear plenty of warm clothes - my temp. dropped to 96 degrees during that period. Although you may not be suffering from the same thing, it is something you should watch definitely.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

yeah im going on monday or something around there but i cant drink tea because of my gerd... the things i cant have is fatty foods, soda, tea, mint, greasy foods, spicy foods, tomatos, onions, and anything else that gives me heartburn and i doubt it is anything big like ulcers because i had a cat scan earlier this year and everything was perfectly fine

You eat 1000 calories or less, fatty foods, lost weight from admittingly eating bad, while knowingly having GERD, you lol about it, and you come here for advice...
    Am I missing something?
I wouldn't waste my time offering you advice. Fuck, eat 300 calories a day, with alot of fat and see how you feel. Go see a doc or fuck off.

I think you should carry on asking for advice on internet forums because massive weight loss, hunger, shakiness, nervousness, dizziness, light-headedness, sleepiness, confusion, difficulty speaking, anxiety, weakness are just tiny little things that don't affect us at all and are absolutely nothing to worry about.

Ahem. Who says common sense is common.
