Angry New Member!!!! : Bulk Routine help

sup. been training for 3 years, 2 years serious. only have M,W,F to lift. been doing full body for like 8 months getting bored as all hell! I have recently been doing the 'ironman's bulking rotuine' and i gotta say im confused here...

the rep scheme is all fucked up. I understand the 3 min rest between sets, but why would i do 2 warmup sets for curls (leg, bicep) and all those little iso's???

    TO PUT IT SIMPLE.
is this a total BS routine unless your on gear? (im not at the moment)
or am i better off sticking with the 3 day Full body

well I can't speak for all your questions...

But I can tell you that a good warmup is to do. The static stretching is counterproductive to weight training according to various studies. The best type of warmup is dynamic stretching or the exercise done with a light weight. When your lifting your contracting the muscles and a light weight is like a light contraction.
