    Without thinking to much into this....

    what would you say is the best exercise that requires the least amount of effort. The exercise that would benefit your body best that does not really take so much energy. I know you guys are gonna say that no exercise is worth doing if you aren't putting effort into it. Just put down what comes to you mind first. I'm gonna say jumping jacks.

    hmmm I would say burping a child. Go buy yourself a baby and start burping. Excellent cardio AND it is easy!
