    just few questions

    hello, i have a few questions, may be many of you experienced bodybuilders can explain.
    does stripping method works on forearms, shoulders and leg muscles
    how to develop outer quads via machine hack squates
    can we do jogging as aerobic first and weight training after that

    What is the "stripping" method?

    I would do cardio after lifting, as lifting generally requires more energy/concentration.
