i used to do pretty basic combo:

Pullups (V-Bar, Weighted, Wide Grip, etc)
    Deadlift
    barbell row
seated row or any type of fucking row
always stuck with the basic 3...pullups, dead, bb row...KISS

if i do V-Bar pullups, i would do wide grip seated row
if i do wide grip pullups, i would do close grip seated row
if i do normal, i do 2 sets close, 1 sets wide...blows up your back after bb rows im telling you..

FUCK PULLDOWNS...they are fun though but fuck em, do pullups

    full intensity.

I do it for time. So, I perform 4min (8 rounds) of 20 sec maximum effort : 10 sec of rest. Then, after 4min. I just do easy rowing for 2min. to recover and then I repeat another 4min. set of 20:10.

my last pull day looked almost identical

although my rep range was higher

i did pullups first and superset each set with deadlifts

    only did 4 sets

    still sore...
