    Routine

    Day (A)
    BB Flat Bench Press : 8-10 x 5
    Conventional Deadlifts : 6-8 x 5
    Decline Situps : 8-10 x 3
    Pushups : 10 x 1

    Day (B)
    ATG Back Squats : 6-8 x 5
    Lat Pulldowns : 8-10 x 3
    Pullups : Whatever x 3

    Day (C)
    Front Squats : 6-8 x 3
    BB Rows : 6-8 x 3
    Ez-Curl Bar : 8-10 x 2

I haven't lifted in about a year to 2 so I started lightly so far. I want to get right back into it though so I am about to start something like this. If you have any suggestions let me know.. I am going mostly for strength but also size.

I guess it would be like this

    Monday : A
    Wednesday : B
    Friday : C
    Sunday : A
    Tuesday : B
    Thursday : C

Than once a month I would have another routine for a week to go to faliure

Why so many reps and sets for Flat BB press? Since you are getting back into it why not start with a basic push/pull/leg routine?

    Workout 1: Push (chest/shoulders/triceps)

    Workout 2: Pull (Back, Biceps)

    Workout 3: Legs (....legs)

Why not any tricep movements if you have bicep movements?

It's fine for me to do barbell bench there is nothing wrong with it. It's not like I need to change it right away. Next month I will have a different routine. I use to never even do BB Bench. Now you are just stereotyping me which is ridiculous in the fact that you don't know me. I am not one of those kids who curl in the squat rack or only does benches and curls. I COULD do isolated tricep movements but I don't want to and don't see anything wrong with that. I might add dips but thats it.

why ask for assistance if you are going to argue for what you wrote? If you think it is good, then do it. You don't need someone else to justify it for you.

Whats wrong with curling in the squat rack? Obviously it isn't necessary to use the rack, but the Olympic barbells are far superior than any other bar offered for bicep curls IMO.

Unless you have 26" arms I don't see any reason to be using an Olympic bar to curl.

Pushups and Pullups are low because for some reason they hurt my shoulders. I changed a little bit around but I figured I would do this for 2 months and change it a lot.

If there are more olympic barbells in the room than grab one and move to a spot where no one is.. It's that simple but if I wanted to squat and someone is curling dumbbells or anything in the squat rack I would make them move. I have a weight room at my house thank god. This is just when I had strength and conditioning in school. It is called a squat rack for a reason.
