    today is shoulders

    So, if I do Arnie Presses, should I skip barbell shoulder presses on the smith machine? I usually do both, is that over training?

    I usually only do one or the other. I feel like i get more out of the Arnie presses.

    They both target the front delts mostly so you only really need to do one or the other.

    Alright, thanks. Today I just did the smith presses, next week I'll go for the Arnies. Change it up from time to time. I'm STARVING! off to make a power shake mmmmm pb and bananas!
