Your arms probably aren't lagging. Even if they are, an arms day wont help.

A split is not a program, it means nowt on its own. A full program description in detail would help to identify whether your program is any good.

Not boring. Your routine is based on heavy compound lifts and you don't use machines.

That being said, I really don't like training bis after back, or tris after chest. And I like two upper and two lower days, but that's me.

Could you perhaps train tris with back and bis with chest? Spread it out a bit, so bis get hit twice and tris get hit twice? Maybe tuck your leg workout in the middle so you have more rest between the two upper days.

You hit bis and tris pretty hard with pull and push. Are you gaining weight currently?
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.

i was thinking of starting a rd/rs type training where i would do my first major lift with lower reps then chase the pump with some machine work.
