My Bulking, Cutting & Maintaining Cycle
Hey, guys I am 5"5 and about 150-155 lbs my goal within the next few years is to be at about 175-180 lbs at under 8% bf so after all the research I have done on bulking cutting and meal planning this what I have. This is based on me increasing calories 500 above maintaince and 500 under maintaince this way I should be gaining about +1 lbs per week bulking and losing -1 lbs per week when I am cutting. Please tell me what you think?
Year 1 (starting weight 155 lbs) Nov - Bulk Dec - Bulk Jan - Bulk Feb - Bulk Mar - Maintain Apr - Maintain May - Maintain June - Cut July - Cut Aug - Cut Sept - Maintain Oct - Maintain Starting weight 155 lbs bulk Nov - Feb (+16 lbs) I will be at about 171 lbs. I will maintain that weight (171 lbs) for three months Mar - May than starting June I will begin cutting Jun - Aug (-12 lbs) I will be at about 159 lbs I will maintain that weight for two months Sept - Oct than begining November I will start bulking. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Year 2 (starting weight 159 lbs) Nov - Bulk Dec - Bulk Jan - Bulk Feb - Bulk Mar - Maintain Apr - Maintain May - Maintain June - Cut July - Cut Aug - Maintain Sept - Maintain Oct - Maintain Starting weight 159 lbs bulk Nov - Feb (+16 lbs) I will be at about 175 lbs. I will maintain that weight (187 lbs) for four months Feb - May than starting June I will begin cutting Jun - Aug (-12 lbs) I will be at about 175 lbs again I will maintain that weight for two months Sept - Oct than begining November I will repeat the same year 3 cycle over again. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TOTAL -------- Protein: 229g daily Carbs: 334.2g daily Fats: 103.75g daily --------------------- Total Grams: 666.95g daily This is my bulking intake my cutting will be the same except I will go 500 under maintaince. |

I'm extremely impressed that you've planned out what you'll be doing in 4 years time! Those macros at the bottom, what will that be in calories?
Looks pretty good I guess, providing you can stick to that plan though! |
