t bar rows and bb rows
whats the difference ? and if you dont have a t bar row machine.then what can replace that excercise

T bars do not require the balance aspect that BB rows do. Typically you can train with heavier loads with the t-bar. Better isolation of the lats is possible since the added dynamic of balance is removed.
Just a regular guy.
