How can I get a good shape?
I hate how I look. I’m skinny, and I look weak. Sometimes I hesitate to talk to people (especially girls) because of that. Anyone knows how I can get a good shape? Help me please.

Well you can start by introducing yourself driving to Prince St.here and make a right on Jodi Ave.streethere then you make left go down 2 blocks and go here keep driving till you see a pimp and his cow being chatting with a short funky guy...wave.....when you see that go straight 2 more blocks, if you need to go to the bathroom to take a dump go here but be careful you may get TexanVD from those bathroom trolls that frequent there so you may need to do here to get cured....if you want you can tell us about your experiencehere.
You may pass a toll bridge on your way here but it's well it. |

First drop the defeatist attitude. Yeah, it sucks to have image issues, but if you stop complaining you'll have more time to listen and learn.
You can achieve whatever you want in life if you: 1 - Figure out what you want. 2 - Learn how to do it. 3 - Have the dedication to see it through. So put these principles into motion regarding your physique. You already have number 1 - you want to be bigger, look better, and be happy with your body. Now for number 2. Read the stickied topics in this forum and the diet + nutrition forums. Learn how to eat, when to eat, what to eat, and how much to eat. Then come back to this forum and learn how to set up an exercise program which encompasses much of the same points as above, but in regards to lifting. THEN DO IT.
