Low carbs, low sugar a problem?
Ok, so i don't eat sugar...I eat very low carb. On workout days I'll oatmeal before and after my workouts and that's pretty much the only big carb source i have. (no sugar) I always eat almonds, peanut butter and veggies everyday, but they also have no sugar...Is this a problem not consuming more than 1g of sugar a day? Should i throw in a banana, or should my blood/sugar levels be ok?
