german volume training
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com i was thinking of trying this workout for 6 weeks and was wondering what you guys thought of it or if you ve heard of it? its called german vloume training.here are the particulars:
day 1: chest/back sets reps tempo rest decline d-bell presses, (palms facing eachother) 10 10 4-0-2 90 sec superset chin ups (palms facing you) 10 10 4-0-2 90 incline flyes 3 10-12 3-0-2 60 superset one arm rows 3 10-12 3-0-2 60 day 2: legs/abs sets reps tempo rest squats 10 10 4-0-2 90 superset lying leg curls 10 10 4-0-2 90 incline sit ups 3 15-20 2-0-2 60 superset seated calf raise 3 15-20 2-0-2 60 day 3: off day 4: arms/shoulders sets reps tempo rest parallel bar dips 10 10 4-0-2 90 superset incline curls 10 10 4-0-2 90 bent over lat. raises 3 10-12 2-0-x 60 superset seated lat.raises 3 10-12 2-0-x 60 day 5: off day 6: repeat i would be using 60% of my 1rm on most execises using really strict form. does this sound like it might work? or will it just succeed in killing me?any input would be appreciated. ![]() |
