In cold weather I take more time to warm up. Usually 10 minutes on a stationary bike then do the normal set warm-up.

    lol

For real. But that's the point...For Californians that's a "Cold Spell" . It dips low here in the south but up north I know you guys get it bad. I had a friend that went to North Dakota State college and he said it was so cold that people would skip class just because it was so cold. Not because of the snow or ice.

Ready, when was the last time you did a serious workout?

well, all threw the summer, all this year i was mainly in my room with the temp as like 90-100 atleast at all times, so yeah... 30-40 is cold weather for me, specially when it just drop's outta no where. last physical was about 2-3 years ago. and last serious workout was a long time ago. i usually workout one body part but never like a serious workout as in all of the stuff... i dunno like wow my back wont stop hurting (had a car accident that caused that but now its worse) and my bones hurt i dunno how to really explain it. everytime i strech my arms up above my head and give it a good stretch my chest pops like 40 times really fast, the chiro say's its nothing but who know's. i guess maybe the doctor would be the best choice but im just wondering if anyone would have any idea of the cause, because really it did just spring up when the cold weather started and now its staying its not wanting to go away. i feel like if im having heart attack's or something kind of pain on my right side of my chest and sometimes on my left. anyone ever feel like this?

Like Patrick suggest, get checked out. They will do blood test to rule out things. At one point I had real bad joint aches & swelling so they thought it was lyme disease. Turned out to be a spell of RA that went away (thankfully)...for now.
