    hows my new routine looking?

hi everyone, im just designing a new routine. ive been on the old one 3 months so im gonna take a xmas break for a week or 2 then change what im doing. before thanks to built and some others i was doing a sort of ABA program in a week. thought it was now time to change some of the exercises.

    a - horizontal push / vertical pull / quads / ham accessory / core / biceps
    b - vertical push / horizontal pull / hams / quad accesory / core / triceps

im sort of using the same principles but gonna pull legs out and give them their own day, so going to ABC in a week . the thinking behind this is that at 38 im thinking i might need some extra rest days. and the previous workout was taking over an hour and a half.

    a
    bb bench press
    db incline bench press
    uh chin ups
    wide grip lat pulldown
    shrugs
    db preacher curls

    b
    db overhead press
    lateral raise
    rack pulls
    bb rows
    db bent over rows
    tricep dips

    c
    back squats
    leg press
    deadlift
    good mornings
    cable crunch
    sit ups

the periodization on this is every 2 weeks change the rep range
    3x 8-10 @12 rm
    4x 6-8 @8 rm
    3x10-12 @12 rm
    5x 3-5 @5 rm

    what do you all think?

If its taking you an hour and a half to do a workout I hope its because youre standing and talking too much.
