i take a week off every now and then but it's not usually planned... sometimes life just gets too hectic or i may catch a cold or something... which just happens to be every 8-12 weeks (minus the cold... that's only about twice a year)

I take a week off about every 8-12 weeks as well. I can usually feel it catching up with me.
