    cardio at home

What is a good way to get good cardio work outs at home if you do not have a treadmill/elliptical/bike and am unable to go out and run?
Everyone who craps on you is not necessarily your enemy; everyone who gets you out of crap is not necessarily your friend; and if you're warm and happy in a pile of crap, you might just want to keep your mouth shut.

    Bodyweight conditioning super-sets.

Shadowboxing set to high tempo music.

You can totally do HIIT stuff at home w/o any equipment.

    Go for a walk.

Why do you want to do more cardio than that?
