    stretch marks argh!!!!

I've been training for the better part of 18 years and never any stretch marks until this month (in the pectoral/shoulder area) . I'm not a hardcore bodybuilder, I don't bulk up/cut down and my weight stays essentially the same.

Does anyone know what definitely works to remove or reduce stretch marks to near non-existent? I've read conflicting reports on ALL of the following:

    -vitamin E
    -coconut butter/oil
    -mederma
    -laser
    -retin-A

For every report/post that I've read that any of the above works, I've read one that states otherwise. Any feedback based on personal experience is greatly appreciated. thanks.

Man i feel your pain, I got a couple of strech marks close to my armpit and chest. Totally hate them. I dont think there is anything you could do about this.

I HAVE heard 'Bio-oil' is good for stretch marks, but havent got around to testing it yet.

My roommate has tried Bio-oil, and it actually did a nice job with his marks. He had a giant purple one down his bicep and its now a LOT less noticeable. I'd give that stuff a shot.

I have stretch marks on my quads just above my knees, on my glutes (damn squats), just at the rear of my armpits and on both my biceps from my front delt. I heard about bio oil as well and have been recommended it. It's expensive but you need very little i hear (a few drops a day)
