i can only train m, w, f due to life....I've done many full body and HST programs and absolutely sick of them so currently I am doing p/rr/s...
now question is; doing splits (chest + shoulders, back + bi's, legs + tri's) E O D useless? i completed 1 week of power 1 week of rep-range, and 1 week of shock. i gotta say, i was sore but i dont think doing this is such a great idea for just 3 days a week in terms of size + strength...suggestions, comments?
