FBW routine i made. How is it?

Here is a routine i made out for a full body workout, 3 days a week. My goal is to get a little bigger, but mostly cut. I honestly just like the cut look, but i'm already kind of small as it is. I just have no desire to be bulked up, but i nice lean look is fine. Ever see the the new 007? lol, i like about that size...

I would like to increase my pushups as well, because i was "thinking" about joining the marines. A lot of my friends are joining and i think i may go in with a bud. In that case, i would like to be doing a lot. If any of you have advice for me to be able to do more pushups, and gain lean weight that would be great.

I was thinking about doing this routine Monday, Wednesday, Friday. On my OFF days i could do 3 sets of push ups, sit ups and ABS. Not a whole lot of work, but enough to maybe increase them? (Just a thought)

    Monday:
    Squats
    Bench Press
    Pullups
    Tricep Dip

    Wednesday:
    Deadlifts
    Incline db Bench
    BB Rows
    Calf work

    Friday:
    Squats
    Mil Press
    Chins/rowing movement
    curls

    3x8-4x6 for compound movements 3x12+ for iso's..

I will also maybe perform cardio. No more than 2 times a week though, because i'm trying to gain a little and cardio seems like it will make me lose a little...(Just a thought)

A little bigger, but mostly cut?

    How does that work?

Your workout plan looks sound - I like the rep ranges and the way you've structured everything with a heavy compound to begin.

Cut or bulk = diet. Pick which way you want to go.
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.

    Thanks.

I guess i explained it wrong. Basically, i think i should get a little bigger, but i want to do it as clean as possible. I have a decent amount of body fat, but i'm light. I know i should bulk, because i'm not going to cut when i just started lifting...I would end up being at a girls weight...I would say i'm at 14% body fat, just no muscle mass really...But, i'm 5'8 151. I figure if i cut, i'll weigh like 130 something when i'm through...Doesn't seem to promising, since you have to eat more in order to gain muscle, correct? I don't think you can gain muscle, unless you eat over maintenance, is this correct?

I know you put on fat and muscle, but i would like to put on as least fat as possible, so how should i go about this? Just barely eat over maintenance on workout days and on non workout days eat at maintenance?

Also, what do you think about the push up idea on non workout ideas? Seem like over training?

I think you're onto a good plan with this, yeah - just barely eat over maintenance until you see your gains diminish.

I wouldn't bother with the pushups.
