    Question about something in Gopro's Article

    Hey everyone.

    i was reading gopro's article (freaking sweet by the way) and for his pre workout meal, he said he had "Then I gulped down my favorite MRP along with a few thermogenic capsules" What the hell is that, can someone explain what those are????im dieing to know..HAHA

    So im guessing he was cutting then if he was taking ECAs???? Or does he take them for energy????????????

    Wow i never knew u can use it for bulking too. What are the bennifits of using a ECA stack while bulking?

    Hey there KS...I normally don't use thermogenics unless I'm dieting for a show, but occassionally I will pop a few before a heavy leg or back workout if I'm feeling a little fatigued. At most, I use a thermogenic "pick me up" about once per week when trying to gain size.
